Cap on Damages. Liability of Psychic Readings by Kitty arising under these Terms is limited, in total, to the fees paid by you in the prior 12-month period.

Choice of Law. NY law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of NY, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
